1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Jili866 website at jili866.app or any of its associated services, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. Jili866 may require identity verification at any time, particularly before processing a withdrawal. Failure to verify your identity when requested may delay or prevent withdrawal of funds.

  • You must not register on behalf of any other person.
  • You must ensure your contact information remains current at all times.

  • Players who are employees of Jili866 or related companies are not permitted to hold active player accounts.

Jili866 complies with applicable Philippine regulations on player identification. We may request government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method confirmation as part of our verification process.

3 Account Security

Your Jili866 account password and login credentials are your responsibility. You must not share your login details with any other person, and you are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Jili866 staff will never ask for your password — if anyone contacts you claiming to be from Jili866 and requests your password, treat this as a phishing attempt and report it to support immediately.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact Jili866 support without delay. We will take prompt action to secure your account. 4 Deposits and Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

Jili866 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, Visa debit/credit cards, and Mastercard debit/credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Deposit Rules

  • The minimum deposit amount is ₱50.
  • Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
  • Jili866 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
  • Deposits are generally credited to your Jili866 wallet within minutes for e-wallet methods and within one banking day for bank transfers.
  • Jili866 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposit patterns.

If a deposit does not appear in your Jili866 wallet within the expected time frame, contact support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

5 Withdrawals

Jili866 processes withdrawal requests to the payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification — players who have not completed verification may experience delays until verification is complete.

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the Jili866 account.
  • Processing times vary by method — GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically the fastest.
  • Jili866 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before releasing funds.
  • Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Jili866 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to individual terms which are published on the Promotions page alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 15x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount before withdrawal becomes eligible. Specific requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

Bonus Abuse

Jili866 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing hedged bets across accounts to eliminate risk while satisfying rollover, or using software to systematically exploit promotional structures. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and bonuses forfeited.

  • Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
  • Jili866 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
  • Bonuses expire if not used within the stated period — typically 7–30 days depending on the offer.
  • Cash deposits and bonus funds are tracked separately in your wallet.

7 Game Rules and Bet Settlement

Each game and betting product on Jili866 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the respective game or betting section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

For live sports betting, Jili866 uses official results from recognised governing bodies and data providers. In the event of a dispute over a result, Jili866's decision — based on official data — is final. For technical faults affecting bet settlement, Jili866 will make a determination based on available evidence and notify affected players.

All bets placed are binding once confirmed. Jili866 does not accept requests to cancel bets after confirmation, except in the specific circumstances outlined in individual game rules.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, legal action:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker.
  • Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities.
  • Money laundering or using Jili866 for any illegal financial activity.
  • Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
  • Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
  • Any conduct that disrupts the fair experience of other Jili866 players.
  • Engaging in chargebacks on legitimate transactions.

9 Responsible Gaming

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Jili866 will not market bonus offers to players who are in a self-exclusion period or have indicated they are experiencing gambling difficulties.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Jili866 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, identity issues, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirements. Where possible, we will notify you before taking action and explain the reason.

You may also choose to close your account at any time by contacting Jili866 support. Upon legitimate account closure, any available real-money balance (net of any ineligible bonus amounts) will be refunded to your registered payment method. Accounts under investigation may have withdrawals held pending resolution.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Jili866 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of Jili866 or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for personal gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Jili866 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of Jili866 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

Jili866 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or events outside our reasonable control — including but not limited to internet outages, payment system failures, or force majeure events.

Jili866's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profits or opportunity costs associated with gaming activity.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Jili866 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or through an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Jili866 platform after a Terms update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should cease use of the platform and contact support to close your account.

14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
